Dear Clients and Friends,

As we near the end of this year, all of us at Vero wish you and your loved ones a healthy, safe and peaceful holiday season. Everyone deserves a break from this tumultuous year… so let us all take a pause and remember the moments that brought a smile, a virtual hug that touched our hearts, stories from around the world that made us wonder ‘what happened’, and the simple acts of our family, friends, neighbors, our community, that made us feel special.

We will all remember 2020 as a year that changed our lives forever. Some of our clients have even moved away from the area and we will miss them! Vero was closed from middle of March to early September… a time filled with uncertainty of the future and continuous adjustments to our daily activities. Thanks to everyone’s efforts ‘the curve was flattened’ and hair salons were allowed to open indoors with some limitations. WE THANK YOU ALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS FOR SUPPORTING VERO THROUGHOUT THIS PERIOD, AND ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR TRUST ONCE WE REOPENED FOR BUSINESS IN SEPTEMBER. It is only with your support that we can remain open, and we will do all that is necessary to safeguard your health and honor your trust.

Your support is invaluable as we move forward into 2021 and continue to build our client base. Here are a few thoughts from the team at Vero:

JESSICA:  I’ve been hanging in there as best as possible and adjusting to the new schedules. Kaia is now six years old and in a homeschool (Waldorf) backyard pod with seven little kids…what a wonderful time to see her enjoy riding her bike, and she can even read ‘Black lives matter’. It is good to be working again and I look forward to seeing you all.

CELIA: This has been a time of being careful and I am glad we are all healthy. Elina is now 16 months old and she loves to walk, bird watch, stack building blocks and say two syllable words….what a wonderful age! The family is doing well and I am happy to be working again….see you soon.

JAEME: I am blessed to be able to be back at Vero, and to continue working with my beloved customers during these difficult times. Stay safe and healthy everyone.

VERONICA:  I am thankful to be back at the salon and share what is most important to me…a ‘human touch’. Our perspective is ever changing, and the ‘new human’ that is emerging inspires my creativity. I frequently remind myself that every moment we share is precious, and every breath is a gift!

LESLIE: Leslie is on an extended leave as she prepares for the birth of her baby, expected any day now, and we wish her a safe delivery and a very ‘Happy Motherhood’.

ROSA: Rosa is the newest member of the team at Vero…she is the friendly face in the reception area and the voice answering the phone.
